How it works?

1. Choose Your Pet's Photo Upload a photo of your pet with your order. We accept 98% of all photos! Our team will always contact you if your photo isn't a good fit.

2. Customize to your liking Add your pet's name, choose a background color, customize the style, and select a frame and size.

2. Illustration and approval Once your order is submitted, our artists will get to work digitally creating your portrait. We then send you a preview so you can approve or request unlimited edits.

What is the return policy?

If you're not satisfied with your poster – we'll redo it for free! If your poster arrives damaged, we'll refund it. Just contact us using "Contact" form or at hi@tails-cie.fr
How to take a good pet photo?
  1. Photograph your pet up close in bright, natural light—no filters.
  2. Capture a head-on shot that includes ears, forehead, neck and chest for optimal framing.
  3. Avoid overhead, blurred or heavily edited images—and please no photos of your pet lying down.
What if I need to make changes to my order?

No problem! Contact us using out Contact form and we'll be happy to help. Please note, that we can guarantee changes to be made within 30 minutes of your order being placed.
Can I preview my portrait before it ships?

Yes! After we handcraft your poster, we send you an email preview for approval. You can request as many changes as you want for free. We send your poster to print only after you approve it.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free, no strings attached!
Do you create pet memorials?

Tails & Cie is humbled to create portraits in honor of passed pets. We work with customers to find the perfect photo out of the (potentially limited) photo choices you have. Please contact us if you have any further questions using our Contact form.
Can I receive the portrait without a name?

No problem at all. Just put "No name" in "Pet name" field when placing an order, and your portrait will arrive in a minimalistic style without any text.
What are your shipping times?

We aim for 3-5 business days delivery! But it may depend on your location and season (slower when more orders).
