Add your pet's name, customize the portrait style, and choose your frame and size.
Once your order is placed, our artists will begin illustrating your portrait. We will contact you to approve the final version.

Yes! After we handcraft your poster, we send you an email preview for approval. You can request as many changes as you want for free. We send your poster to print only after you approve it.

Tails & Cie is humbled to create portraits in honor of passed pets. We work with customers to find the perfect photo out of the (potentially limited) photo choices you have. Please contact us if you have any further questions using our Contact form.
No problem at all. Just put "No name" in "Pet name" field when placing an order, and your portrait will arrive in a minimalistic style without any text.
We aim for 3-5 business days delivery! But it may depend on your location and season (slower when more orders).
